Three years after the reign of the oppressive "peace-keeping" military force called "A-Laws," the Federation military has gone back to a more just force that answers to the public rather than the authorities, Celestial Being went back into the shadows, and all was well. Well, mostly.

You and Setsuna, two of the five Gundam Meisters in Celestial Being, are sent on missions regarding several corporations (mostly the Colony Public Corporation) being in association with a few rogue A-Laws members that refused to disband.

In a mission to investigate one of the Colony Public Corporation's construction sites, you and Setsuna pilot your Flag mobile suits (to prevent any signs about the Gundams from Celestial Being) towards the construction site, having informed of the corporation using several recolored GNX mobile suits given by the rogue A-Laws members to prevent any of the workers from leaving the site.
