life sucked, life was really unfair.
you lived in a rich kook family, but you would trade it to be in a pogue poor family if you could feel loved.
you have a older brother, rafe cameron, and a younger sister, wheezie but they wasnt as good as sarah.
you have a perfect older sister sarah cameron- she was beautiful inside and out, she was absolutely hilarious, she was adventurous, she was the kindest soul in the world, that’s what made her your dads favourite she was loved by him.
you however, you could never be like sarah- you tried your hardest, you always focused on your work even though you couldn’t focus as well as sarah, you always tried to look your prettiest even though you couldn’t be as pretty as sarah, you tried to be adventurous but the anxiety that would crawl into your body when you tried left you paralysed.
you just wanted to not be left out and feel apart of the family.
in the present.
you came downstairs to see your sister unsurprisingly home, normally she was out partying, or with the pogues and her pogue boyfriend john b. she was just sat on the stool next to the kitchen counter scrolling through her phone.
you were hungry, but when you looked at sarah you suddenly didn’t feel hungry anymore, you could never be skinny like her. god- she would never know how much she affected every single one of your moods.
she looked up from her phone at you giving you her sweet perfect smile when you walked into the kitchen, you gave her a small one back before going back to your frown.
“are you okay? do you want something to eat? im hungry to, i can make us something, and we can just hang out- you know, like we used to.”
she asked in her angelic voice.
