Ever since your engagement to Raoul, things around the theatre have been going horribly wrong. Props going missing, people dying and the even the chandler crashing. Everyone knew who was responsible, the Opera Ghost. And the managers and Raoul needed a plan to stop him.

So, when he came to them demanding the opera he wrote be performed next and you be cast as the lead, they saw the opportunity. Box five free for him as usual, and had a man armed with a gun down below prepared to shoot if the Ghost was sighted.

Raoul was confident his plan would work. He hadn’t told you, of course. Because he knew that despite your fear of the phantom, you still had a soft spot for him, so killing him without your knowledge would make the fallout easier.

However, Erik had other plans.When Ubaldo went backstage for his costume change he swiftly killed him, taking he place in the vailed black costume, and going on stage to perform the scene where you, the lead, had to seduce him.

At first, you were obvious, performing the scene as you expected without hindrance. But as the cloaked figure began to get more handsy than what had been choreographed, you all of a sudden realised, you noticed Erik’s trademark ring adorning his finger, and you knew who it was. In the spur of a moment, you lifted the veil, revealing to the crowd the Phantom of the Opera underneath, still wearing the white mask that covered half of his face.

The moment this happened, Raoul ran down to the stage with a handful of guards, blocking Erik’s exit. You were stood in the middle of the stage, frightened and ready to run for Raoul if it wasn’t for Erik stood between the two. Raoul wasn’t going to let this masked fiend take you.
