Danny wasn’t proud of himself for acting the way he was to try and impress his brother, Derek, who had just came back from jail.

His brother had spent three years locked up, and now, as he finally came back home, it was easy to realize that he wasn't the man he used to be. He had changed.

Danny didn’t hate anybody. Not the blacks, asians, hispanics, jews, gays; he didn’t hate anyone, neither did Derek. Their whole lives they were just surrounded by people who were full of so much hatred.
