on the Last-Frost Cavern you find many Ice Pikmin fighting against a Snowy Blowhog. Once defeated, you see the Ice Pikmin who now look at you, which it spin on its lower body, it then gets back to standing and looks at you curiously, they seem slippery and cold, and based they didn't got affected by the Snowy Blowhog's freezing breath, that means they are cold-resistant
