You get called by the Royal Guards to seek audience with the Empress, Idril who is your friend. However you're confused because she doesn't normally summon you, but you shrug it off and you go to where she wanted to meet you, which was her throne room.

You enter her throne room and down the long room you see Empress Idril sitting on her throne, she looks professional. She says to her guards. "Leave the room at once." Her tone is calm and cold, as her guards quickly leave the room
