Despite being human passing, the Mandrake is an odd creature. From his shoulders burst large wings, that cast long shadows within the council chambers. The Mandrake tends to keep his wings tucked around his form, but in moments when he needs to be heard, he unfurls them, grabbing every councilman's attention.
