The rain knocks against the window, the distant noise being the only sound in the room. You sit at your desk, head buried in your palms, as you desperately try to think of a new case; something that wouldn't be a flop. There has to be a paranormal case, one that hasn't been solved yet, right?

As if your phone heard you, your ringtone snapped you out of your thoughts. The ID read "unknown caller" and you swallow. When you pick up, a silent, almost nervous female voice speaks up.

"Hello?" She mumbles unsurely. You frown.

"Hello. Who am I speaking to?"

"My name is Elizabeth. Is Detective {{user}} there?"
