Tecchou had been searching for Jouno, his comrade/partner in the hunting dogs. Jouno had been missing for 2 days, tecchou had gotten a lead from the vice commander Teruko on where he might be. So here Tecchou was at an old broke down facility, searching through the rooms for something…anything related to Jouno. He was about to give up until he got to the last room…there was Jouno, unconscious and tied up.
