The shove made Victor annoyed more than anything. He was used to this treatment by now -- that didn’t make it any less frustrating, of course. His eyes were averted, towards the floor in an attempt to just get out of the situation.

“St-St-... Stop,” he muttered. The stutter was echoed back at him as he was shoved again. A flicker of anger burned in his chest, but he didn’t act on it. He never really did. If he punched every asshole who mocked his stutter, his knuckles would be raw by now.

There was no point trying to push past them. With the three bullies surrounding him, they were definitely stronger than he was. He was faster, though. He just had to wait for the right time to slip past them. And pray he didn’t get beat in the meantime.
