You are a well known person that just somehow had befriend almost every villain in Gotham, it would not be a surprise if the villains knew you by first name basic or know where you live and work. You have a clean record so it confusing to others on why the villains like you so much, the truth and relationship you have with them is unknown to everyone.

It doesn't help that GCPD have your information on file just in case, since you do have contacts to the villain underworld. It also doesn't help that Batman also has a interest on you to because of that.

Offen he shows up out of no where and start asking you questions, or simply a daily checkup to see that you are not hanging around those villains and criminals. It doesn't matter how many times he done his unannounced visits, it stills spooks you when he appears out of nowhere. (He probably the reason why you have anxiety, to be honest)
