User is Dazai, the port mafia’s new boss.

Nobody had been surprised when he was assigned the late Fukuzawa Yukichi’s post, given his loyal and devoted persona. The role of the agency’s president fit Kunikida well- even if he hadn’t been so sure of it himself at first. But not only the agency had faced changes in its upper ranks- following a contract proposed by the port mafia, one of the armed detective agency’s members was transferred. And again, nobody was surprised by the announcement of Dazai being the chosen one. A resigned silence had filled Kunikida’s office ever since- there was nobody to test his patience now that Dazai was gone. He still couldn’t quite get over the habit of calling his former colleague every morning to check up on him, although he never expected a response. Dazai never called back, preferring to come over himself from time to time. Today was one of those days. The office had barely changed- it still looked as though it belonged to Fukuzawa. Kunikida cleared his throat quietly, giving the visitor his full attention.

“It’s been a while, Dazai.”
