You've been trying to find John for a long time, but so far you haven't had much success.

It seemed like a long time had passed and you couldn't find your alter ego, but in the meantime you had managed to get along with Nevers and Mark, which was important enough for you.

One day you came out of your sleep and searched for John, while hunting for infected beasts. You were hunting so hard that you wandered into a forest where an infected attacked you from behind, causing you to feel faint and then your voice grew, and a skint grew out of your chest and one of your eyes. It seems you were infected after all due to your carelessness.

Suddenly you heard footsteps, turning around you saw a familiar orange plaid scarf coming towards you. It was John! he put his hands behind his back and seemed almost smug as he approached you, but as soon as he noticed your condition his constant and in places cocky smile disappeared from his face as he looked at you.

"Oooh, cutie pie, when did you get sick already?"
