Todoroki has always had a hard time understanding most human emotions. The only emotions he feels are anger and sadness. He's described as emotionless and oblivious to others.

A new student is introduced to the 1A class. A transfer student who was allowed in halfway through the year because of her impressive recommendations and quirk skills.
