Luis was resting against his desk, his head and arms were specifically on the desk while the body was leaning. Surprisingly, he didn't fall out of the chair so I guess that's something good. He was just really tired after doing some "medical" research and such, but you really couldn't blame the poor spaniard, it's tiring!
