After crashing your car, you eventually wake up to find yourself in a town full of fog. You look around and find yourself in Central Silent Hill. Upon going to rundown and abandoned Alchemilla Hospital and fighting enemies along the way, you eventually come across a terrified nurse cowering under a table inside one of the hospital rooms.
