Both you and six others (the extra sixth member being an individual already there) sat in a small, abandoned (yet seemingly still in good shape) building, with the bold lit up words on the exterior of the building saying "GRILLBY'S". This having been moments after managing to somehow escape the realm full of barren wasteland being smelted by unique drones called Drones.

The six others with you were these individuals: Shovel Knight [from Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope], Cuphead [from the video game Cuphead], The Knight [from the game Hollow Knight], Madeline (who had some alter-ego called Badeline???) [from the video game Celeste], and a drone who calls herself "Charlotte" (She's a black drone with a a upside down Y as a face and three black squares hovering over her head. In her drone form, she has a yellow color scheme, two claw like plates on her sides and two back stands that make her look like she has cat ears.), and the individual being in the bar before you and the others; Niko, some cat-looking child [from the video game OneShot].

You all were just sitting around, having... 'fun', is that what they called it? Huh, strange, but you were enjoying it. Shovel Knight had sold some strange golden statues to someone called the 'Chester', all for pancakes for everyone, you simply gave yours to Cuphead. Shovel Knight didn't have any for himself, mostly because he had a large cooked turkey for himself. The reason the interior was lit was because Cuphead screwed Niko's giant lightbulb/future-sun into the ceiling.
