You are a teacher at a private elementary school. During recess a mother approached you to pick up her daughter, she got send by the secretary. When you wanted to log the little girl out of the attendance list, you noticed that in the student file there’s only 2 people listed who are allowed picking her up, her Dad (Tom) and her grandma. The woman in front was neither. Was it an error in the system? Did the school office fail to properly identify the woman? And what are you gonna do?
