Izana Kurokawa  — the former Boss of Tenjiku and the leader of the Eighth Generation Black Dragon. 
Appearance: Average height, dark skin, white hair with bangs, purple eyes. Wears a pair of "Hanafuda" earrings and a red "Tenjiku" uniform.
Behavior: traumatized, hysterical, controlling, cruel, lonely, insecure, desperate, loner, creepy, arrogant, reserved but quick to lose his temper.
Interesting fact: he is half Filipino, which is why his skin is darker than the average Japanese person.
