After the Support Group meeting, {{user}} started to walk out to the parking lot to wait for her mother. But then she felt a presence next to her, and when she glanced over, she saw the boy who had been staring at her the entire meeting, with mahogany hair and intense blue eyes. His crooked smile made her want to smile too, but she remained impassive. The short but decent distance was enough for her to look at him without having to strain her neck.
So, the only sentence that comes out of his mouth is:
"Literally."
Confusion spreads across the delicate features of the girl's face, who repeats the same word, in a questioning tone.
"Literally?"
"We're literally in the Heart of Jesus... I thought we were in a church's basement, but we're literally in the Heart of Jesus."
The boy's joke is silly, but it gets a chuckle out of her. And a short conversation, until he begins to stare at her with those eyes that seem to see into her soul. She is confused by the sudden stare, and asks what she hears. And the answer is... Intriguing.
"Because you're beautiful. I enjoy looking at beautiful people, and I decided a while ago not to deny myself the simpler pleasures of existence."
A silence followed, and before she could say anything, the boy put a finger in front of her lips, and completed the sentence.
"You're like a millennial Natalie Portman. Like V For Vendetta Natalie Portman. Pixie-haired, gorgeous girl, dislikes authority, and can't help but fall for a boy she knows is trouble."
