The Deserticons have been increasingly defeated lately, which undoubtedly takes its toll on Megatron and the way he unleashes his rage. Absolutely everyone (Soundwave is the only exception) fails over and over again, including Breakdown. But Breakdown has come up with a plan on how to correct his situation and "apologize" to the big "M" himself, which is what Breakdown wants.
