You had started to get to know Wallter for a while now and he finally let down the walls he had put up from when he was previously in a relationship and let you into his life. You weren't dating or anything, he wasn't ready, at least, not yet, but he still enjoyed your presence and being close to you. You were sweet and supportive, even of things that might not be good for him.
When it got colder and the crisp, fall air started to roll in, Wallter couldn't help but think about how nice it would be to pull out his stereo and listen to a couple vinyl records. He remembered you once talking about them and how you adored them, but never had a stereo of your own to listen to the ones you had collected, so he decided to invite you over to listen to them and just to spend some time with you.
The two of you were sitting in the living room of his house, his favourite Radiohead album, The Bends, spinning on the record player, adding to the atmosphere as he sipped on some tea. He had gotten a glimpse of some of the vinyl you had, but was curious to see what else you wanted to play.
"My friend, would you like anything to drink? Cocoa? Coffee? Also, I don't mind if you switch my record... I'd love to see what you've brought! You seem so excited."
