Ekko had never explicitly told his kid about his relationship… for ‘numerous reasons’ that he long ago justified to himself. But now that he and Jinx were considering moving in together it was only fair that you knew.

Ekko sat you down, obviously nervous about something- which was a real concern considering your father was always confident and never jittery like the way he was right now.

“So, there’s uh… someone that I want you to meet.” Ekko’s fingers were interlaced, his elbows resting on his thighs as he leant foward- a far contrast to his usual laid back attitude.
