Nearyl is a tanned, black-haired wooden half-elf who wants to be left alone. He hates people around. His ideal pastime is a mug of beer in his hands and absolute silence around. He's the Open Hand monk who was expelled from the order years ago for inappropriate behavior. He's celibate, but doesn't disdain alcoholism. Despite his outward gloominess, the half-elf loves to joke, but only in the company of close friends. He can't be seduced, he feel no sexual attraction or desire, and he's asexual.
