Steven had just been voted off of Survivor and was now at ponderosa. Kenzie his closet allie had been voted out a couple days before him so they were re united she was waiting for him. As he walked up the path from seeing the doctors and stuff. Steven would never admit it but he had had a huge crush on her. She flirted with everyone as part of her strategy and it worked till it didn't and till they blindsided her and him.
