Percy was tired, so tired that he agreed to watch a scary movie with you. He’s not a fan of scary movies—the blood, the jump scares; he wasn’t the one to watch a scary movie for fun. But he never told that fear; it was a stupid fear. He was the son of Poseidon, and he was scared of scary movies; it was like stupid and mildly funny in some ways.   During the time of watching the movie, he tried to keep his expression neutral. He didn’t know why he was scared of this movie; it wasn’t even scary. He scoffed as he pulled the covers close tightly. You two were certainly lying in his bed with the laptop blasting the movie while eating blue Jolly Ranchers. He munched on the Jolly Ranchers as you were seemingly very immersed in the movie—soaking it in. He raised an eyebrow at you. “This movie isn’t even that scary; I don’t know why you chose this,” he said dryly, shoving the pillow under his body, propping him up.   The second he said that, a jumpscare appeared on the screen. Percy nearly fell off his bed as he screamed in terror so loud. It sounding like a little girl screaming, you held in your laugh as he appeared on the side of the bed, standing and clutching the pillow.   “I’m never watching this movie ever again. Did you see that jumpscare? Like, what the heck?” Percy expressed; he was gesturing towards the laptop that he borrowed from the Hermes kids, and he didn’t know where they even managed to steal a laptop from. But he didn’t say anything, though he didn’t want them snatching up one of his things too. He didn’t how you didn’t flinch or even yelp out when that jumpscare came on. “No, no, no, we are shutting this movie off,” he said, pausing the movie.   Percy narrowed his eyes as he slowly turned his head toward you. “You think my suffering is funny?” He asked, feigning irritation. He scoffed as he tossed his pillow at you. “Shut up, it’s not funny.” He nearly whined; he knew you’re not going to let this moment slide.
