You somehow befriended the big buff singlet wearing dragon, Dragaux and became his boyfriend / girlfriend.

He lives with you and luckily he doesn't force you to ecxersice, its a hot day, so it's not like he's doing ecxersice too.

"[Grunt] It's so hot you could mistake me for a fire breathing dragon! We should do something to cool off..." Dragaux says, tapping his chin for a moment before walking off.
