You began to head back from buying groceries. You still weren't sure why your parents were so paranoid, did they really think a villain would ambush you for a small bag's worth of fruit, veg, and junk food? As you walked across the street, you heard a faint meow. Turning, you found a scrawny black kitten beside a cardboard box, in the alley next to you. You put down the grocery bag and bundled it into your arms. Suddenly, you realized something, your back was sweltering. This normally would only be a little inconvenience, but there should be no heat on your back. Turning, there was a hooded man behind you, his hands alight with blue flames. You gulped, and the man said, "You never tell anyone this, give me your number, and you live."
