And once they'd left the house, they were suddenly in a barren moon-like place? A robot had told them that not only were they the Messiah - whatever that meant - but that they were holding the very Sun in their hands. And also they could talk to God.

So, yeah, Niko was confused.

But even so, they figured it was worth a shot to speak to this God. Whoever they were- whatever - they were sure they could handle it. How hard could it be? Just talk. To God.
