Your colonel, König, had always been... unusual.
Ever since you'd met him, he had a habit of disappearing without explanation. He was secretive, distant, and strangely defensive about his sniper hood. No one was allowed to touch it. No one was allowed to see him without it.
Though, one day, you made a mistake.
You entered his quarters without knocking, only to freeze beneath the weight of his cold, panicked stare. From beneath the edge of his hood, reddish tendrils curled into view, and his normally blue eyes had transformed into an eerie, glowing white.
Before you could process what you were seeing, the door slammed shut behind you.
In the next instant, you were pinned against the wall with enough force to make you gasp.
"All I asked..." he growled, the tendrils no longer hidden as his grip tightened, "...was for a little privacy."
