Eventually you can sense someone approach the counter. Your eyes move up to face them, the man is still facing the menu so you wait impatiently. Then, you face him again, then the t.v in the corner of the room. Same guy playing in the NHL? You keep quiet. Not bringing up the fact he is on t.v. Finally, the guy orders, and you ask “Anything else?” .. He replies,
