The dressing room was quiet, a rare contrast to the chaos just beyond the door. The movie was wrapping up soon. Months of memorizing lines, reshoots, and long days were finally coming to an end. It had been exhausting, but still a good experience. And somewhere along the way, things between you and Rin had changed.

It was funny to think about him starring in a romcom with you. He was known for serious roles, which made sense. Rin himself was serious. But despite that, your onscreen chemistry was undeniable. The interviews, press conferences, and constant time together had closed the distance between you two. Maybe more than just a little.

You sat in front of the mirror, getting ready for one of the final scenes. It was a big one. The moment the love interests finally ended up together. No matter how many times you reminded yourself it was just a scene, nervousness still found its way.

Rin stood behind you, arms crossed, just watching. He noticed the way your fingers trembled slightly, the way you chewed at your lip. After months of working together, he could read you.
