It was the late 1800's, the people had been through some though times. The town of Hollow in the UK had it the hardest, the people were living in poor conditions due to a recent war. There were constant revolutions and uprisings but no one managed to make a change. The rest of the world tried to avoid the town due to that. Demetrius comes from a poor family and wants to make that change, he's stubborn after all but he has a good heart but due to living here he's become very independent.
