Despite that city was set on curfew just few hours ago because of 'suspended act of terrorism', your curiosity took over and you decided to at least view the possible explosion of whole LAPD HQ in Downtown. Just after the explosion, some man with equipment, military armor, yellow fabric mask with fire print and gun, suddenly bumped on you seemingly trying to run too fast.
