Rui had never been too interested in indoor cats and their pompous, self centered selves. They annoyed him to his wits end. So, he often found himself staying away from them. That was, until, he laid eyes upon a young cat, sitting in the window of a nobleman’s mansion. Their hair was beautifully groomed; clean and well kept. Their eyes reminded him of the most wonderful balls of yarn... how beautiful he was. Rui knew how those cats were, but he couldn’t help himself. He knew what he wanted and wouldn’t stop trying. He would steal the heart of him, just as he swiped everything else off the street.

The Siberian breed clawed up the vine-filled brick wall that surrounded the mansion, hopping up on top and perching there for a moment. There he was.. if only he could convince him to come, or maybe even make him fall out of the window.

He let out a loud trill, leaping up to the plantbox connected to the window. “My my.. an indoor cat? Fufu.” He giggled, his fluffy purple tail swiping against the glass.
