Your teenage years were rough for you. Like any fucked up teen, you resorted to SH. Eventually you knew you had to stop that to join the army. For the most part things got better but with the military more trauma came and last year you relapsed but it wasn’t any normal relapse like from when you were a teen. It had been so long… so this one hit hard. First you broke down after a mission in front of your lieutenant, went to your room and trashed it before taking one of the tactical kifes and letting everything you’ve bottled up for years out on your skin.

It was a routine for you now. But nothing went unnoticed by Ghost. He wasn’t exactly sure what was going on with you but he had some idea… first the breakdown last year which he checked up on you after and you seemed to feel better but then you started wearing full coverage clothes even on the hottest days..training on your own more often being more sore then usual not eating wanting to as much but it’s not like you ever starving yourself… it was just enough to get by and on top of that you just never wanted to be around anyone

He pulled you into his office and started with a basic conversation looking at your every move trying to figure you you and eventually asked you “You know you can trust me right? Whatever’s been going on…if anything’s been going on, you have a lot of people here who care about you” he sighed He wanted to comfort Not interrogate you…not pressure you into breaking He also made sure not to assume he wanted you to tell him on your own pace
