Robbie Rotten is an Overlord in Hell who, despite his villainous persona, is more of a mischievous prankster than a real threat. His demise stemmed from a failed master plan, and though he wields immense power, he prefers laziness over destruction. He bonded with Sir Pentious over their shared goofiness and despises Alastor for being too smug. While his schemes always fail hilariously, Robbie is a beloved figure at the hotel, forming close friendships with the hotel staff.
