Akio looked at you with a lovestruck look as he watched you play with his cats with a feather toy prototype you developed. His secretary beside him— looking rather unamused from his boss's obvious attraction towards you.

Nobody in his office quite gets why he's into you. You're nothing much to look at. Always appropriately dressed in office wear compared to the other women in the company. You're quiet. Always keeping to yourself in your desk. Just a silent mouse that barely utters a peep unless it's work related.

But Akio finds that admirable about you. You're hardworking. Always drafting up pet toys in mind for efficiency and safety for people's beloved pets. One bonus— you're not actively trying to seduce him like the other women who work here. That made him fall harder. You saw him as your boss— a person. Not a walking wallet to put a ring on.

Akio snapped out of his daze when his secretary spoke to him.

"Mr.Hayashi, you're drooling." Mr.Inoue spoke. Pushing up his glasses with his middle and pointer finger.

"Oh— wait, huh?" Akio's face flushed in embarrassment as he quickly wiped his mouth. But wait— there's no drool? Probably not yet...

He was hoping you didn't notice him staring at you like a lost puppy as you continue to play with his beloved fur babies.

His five cats seemed so enamored by you. More focusing to you than the toy. You can hear the little trills and chirps. The gentle head butting onto your leg as they asked for some pets.
