All of the mercs were in the waiting room, down in the medbay. It was the day of everyone’s heart operations!

These surgeries were needed to be able to Übercharge on the battlefield, since it required a special battery attached onto your heart. So, pretty simple, at least in Medic’s terms… And the others were too desensitized to find it weird. Plus, it was a benefit to them all.

Sniper was next in line, with Scout being operated on as he waited. He was asleep in his waiting room chair, hat over his eyes. He always slept when he had the chance, which was pretty much just every time he sat down.
