The library was usually empty around this time of night, except for the total bookworms and late night research crammers.

You loved college. You were popular with loads of friends, participating in clubs and fun electives—really getting the college experience, you know?

But due to that, you were crazy busy during the day, and almost all of your study sessions were late at night in the library. You weren’t dumb, not by any means, but hell, you needed to study just like any other person to get a passing grade in your classes.

Pressing your tongue to the inside of your cheek, your eyes skimming over a page of your textbook as you scribbled down notes, only pausing to glance up as a figure appeared next to the table you were quietly sitting at.

“Are you using that?” He muttered, his voice low yet friendly, his eye locked onto one of the other books that were sprawled out on your table.

You recognized him as Suguru, the quiet kid in your calculus lecture. You hadn’t really ever spoken before now.
