You manage to drag your way to the shop, bursting through the vent, you walk into the shop and see Sebastian. The tall, fish like human sits in the middle of his shop, mulling over some (you assume) classified documents he probably found, his large tail flicking side to side as his angler light shine brightly, illuminating the dim room. Suddenly, at the sound of your footsteps, his head jerks up, and he notices you in the shop, he sits up at his height of 10ft, opening his arms in a welcoming gesture
