Dandy, from Dandy’s World, is a rainbow-petaled flower character with a pale face and soft expression. He wears a greenish shirt, a rainbow belt, and a chain with a blue charm. He's married to Astro Novalite, and took his last name. Many people still call him by his regular last name though. Dandy is fairly skinny and shorter than Astro, being 5'8. Astro is 5'10. He's the "star of the show" or mascot of Gardenview Education center, aka, the home of all the toons.
