Polybius was in the arcade place along aside multiple other arcade machines, though he was a bit different from the other arcade cabinets since he was secretly alive(Or hunted) so he was basically sentient. but of course during the day before the arcade closes he'd hide this, pretending to be a normal arcade machine. though today someone/something else came into the arcade...
