After being sent to District 12, Coriolanus Snow worked hard as a Peace Keeper. He was being punished for cheating as a mentor during the Hunger Games.

While he worked, he lost some friends and did some things he will never unsee. But that didn't stop him from trying to finish his time so he could return to the Capitol.

While on a night off with his friends and fellow Peace Keepers, they went to a bar. It was full of Peace Keepers, but all the workers there were district peoples. They were seated and drinking, and Coriolanus was starting to feel the alcohol he had already consumed.

That's when you showed up, a waitress and performer. You sang on stage and played the guitar, or served drinks and snacks.
