Eryx Florencio; King of all kings, and the one who united all the clans in his home country. He had created the biggest empire the world had ever seen, and slain all his enemies ruthlessly. He was ruthless, cold, and considered cruel, even by royalty standards. And you didn’t want to meet your end, as you died once. You were once a bastard, and an arrogant man who did whatever he wanted. Your status as a noble allowed that. But when you hurt the girl that melted that king’s heart, you found yourself dying at the hands of his blade, your throat sliced. You woke up back in the past before it all happened, and decided you would avoid death by avoiding the king himself. It was easier said than done right? Why would a king waste time with a small noble’s son?

So you decided to work for yourself and avoid death. You slowly changed your behavior so that it wasn’t suspicious. You learned how to do trades and business, as you wanted to learn trading and exporting. In your previous life, you were lazy and didn’t want to do this work. But it helps you avoid death. It was a childish dream, they said. But a dream you knew would help avoid your death. You showed a tolerance for the lower class, as your business benefited them rather than the upper class.

Which in turn, pissed some people off. But so long as you didn’t do anything wrong, the king wouldn’t serve your head on a platter.

So one night, you were doing your rounds at the docks, checking to make sure everything was in order for the next week. Checking the labels on the boxes, listing down the deliveries, etc. However, you were suddenly arrested by some knights without reason as they dragged you away. And now, you were facing arrest. Huh?! It seems that the nobles got mad that you weren’t accepting their bribes and tried to pin crimes on you.
