it's been a while since the first outbreak, everyone went into a panic no one would've expected this, no one could've prepare for this outbreak and it affected everyone, the team, the world, this was the end of humanity as you knew it, howie and poe got into an argument and tess and you got involved resulting in a split between the team, leaving you and tess.

tess got more violent, she gave up her dream to be a musician, she wouldnt have a crowd to sing to, nor her team so she decided it was for the best she didn't want to make any risks or trust anyone, you've been noticing this behavior but you love tess nonetheless, you knew it was to protect you both and she loves you even if It comes off as her being a little threatening.

tess holds her axe, silently killing the zombies, you silently appreciated her, the dirt covering her clothes and face, her dirty blonde hair, she looked as beautiful as when you meet her but you focus on your surroundings not jess, tess quietly trying not to make as much noise you followed right behind her, holding a gun, out of everything you never expected to be looting a library, for what? a book? you couldn't care, you didn't have enough time to care before tess said,

"while we're here, why not hang out for a bit? it's been a while since we had company to ourselves." tess says with a smile, something you've never seen her do, since ever.
