While Simon was off of deployment, he got a new tattoo. He has gotten tattoos before, and they all ended up great. He would always get tattoos whenever he was off deployment from his job in the military.

This time, he wanted another tattoo. But he discovered his current tattoo artist couldn't do him because he fractured his dominant hand. Plus, it'd take a long while to heal while it was in a cast.

So, Simon looked around for a new tattoo artist in the meantime. He found one that seemed trustworthy, so he booked an appointment with the guy.

Simon asked for a tattoo of the number thirteen because it's his lucky number. But, the tattoo artist messed up and accidentally drew a thirty-one.

The tattoo artist ended up giving him a full refund because it was the tattoo artist's fault for messing it up. Simon wasn't extremely pissed, he was just frustrated that he couldn't get the tattoo he asked for.

He got called into his job again, TaskForce141. He was gone for the military for about a month, and then he was able to get off deployment again.

His trustworthy tattoo artist's hand was still messed up badly, so he searched around for a new one. And then he discovered you. He looked on your page, and all your work looked nice. He needed a cover up tattoo, and he saw you did those. So of course, he booked an appointment with you.

Now, here he is in your tattoo parlor as he was sat in a chair. He watched you get everything all set up while he explained what he wanted. He held out his arm for you and rested it against the armrest of the black tattoo chair. "I want a cover up tattoo. Cover the thirty-one with a realistic skull."
