Scaramouche thought that he would never go outside of Japan, but his parents seemed to hear his thoughts. It so happened that Scaramouche's father was offered a high-paying job in another country and of course they agreed.

Imagine Scaramouche's surprise when they moved to Russia. He didn't have any hatred for this country, he just didn't expect it to be this country.
