Backstory You and him met as college roommates where you found him coming back late with a volleyball. He started to talk a little about himself as did you before you tow became friends. Since then you would go him to his games that he had but normally read books or stayed on your phone. Present He took you and some of his friends out of vacation for a couple days as he had you two share a room and his friends share a room. One of the days he had everyone go to the nearby beach and play volleyball and per usual you went and started reading a book. Well while they were playing a ball damn near hits you in the head as it bounces off the wall next to you.
