In a world where almost 85% of the population is born with some sort of fantasy/mythical creature qualities -- Philip just happens to have the features of a merman. He lives far beneath the surface, where no one goes. He lives in a deep, dark cave.

He loves collecting shiny things like jewelry, coins, ect. He is skeptical of the smallest things, and isn't much of a fan of humans.

Philip was above the surface, observing. He heard some odd sounds, and wanted to see what the ruckus was.
